Individual Approach — I Treat the Person, Not Just the Symptom.

When someone comes for a massage, there is usually pain or discomfort behind it: shoulder tension, a stiff neck, or lower back pain. But pain is not an isolated issue — it is a consequence of lifestyle, habits, physical and emotional strain.

That's why I don’t just work on the area

of pain — I look for the root cause. I listen, ask questions, observe. It's important for me to understand how the body ended up in its current condition: what kind of load it experiences at work, in everyday life, and how effective rest and recovery are. My goal is to restore balance in the whole body, not just to relieve symptoms.

For example, a chef's work involves constant repetitive movements, a forward-leaning head posture, and high physical and emotional stress. The pain may be in the back, but the real cause often lies in the arms, chest, and neck. By working on these areas, we can significantly reduce back pain.

I tailor my approach to each individual because every person and every body is unique. My massage is not a standard routine — it's a dynamic response to your needs and condition.

For me, an individual approach means seeing not just the body but the story behind it. Because you are not just muscles and joints. You are a person, and that’s where the real work begins.

Voice & Jaw Massage

Voice and jaw massage is a treatment method used particularly for voice production, breathing, and issues related to the jaw and swallowing. The treatment includes various manual techniques that target the muscles and structures directly connected to the functions of the larynx, bite, jaw, and tongue. In this way, the therapy specifically supports the functioning of the vocal mechanism. Voice exercises and guidance on voice use are incorporated to support overall relaxation and healthy voice production.

Jaw Massage

Jaw muscle massage is a specialized massage technique that focuses on the temporomandibular joints and the muscles involved in chewing. This type of massage is often used for people who have jaw- or bite-related issues, such as misalignment, jaw joint pain, teeth grinding (bruxism), or tension in the bite. Jaw muscle massage can help relax the muscles in the jaw area, relieve pain and tension, and improve jaw mobility. It may also be beneficial for those who suffer from headaches or migraines that can be linked to tension in the jaw muscles. The goal of the treatment is to reduce pain and tension, but it can also help prevent longer-term problems, such as tooth wear or temporomandibular joint disorders.

Jaw & Back Massage

Combination treatment: a thorough back/neck-shoulder massage + jaw muscle massage (excluding the larynx area). Posture and jaw function influence each other. Good upper back posture can improve jaw muscle function and promote TMJ health. Conversely, poor posture can impair jaw function and cause joint problems. Muscle imbalances in the chest or back can affect the neck and head position. For example, tight upper neck extensors may alter the jaw joint’s position. Therefore, posture and jaw function should be considered together, and treatment should address both.

Body and mind

Body and Mind - a holistic treatment for physical and psycho-emotional balance Body and Mind combines a full-body massage, including a head massage, with supportive work focused on psycho-emotional state. The treatment addresses both physical tension and psycho-emotional load, helping to restore inner balance. The physical part of the treatment is a gentle yet effective massage that relaxes muscles, improves circulation, and reduces tension throughout the body, including the head and neck area. The “Mind” part focuses on working with emotional and psychological tension. These are not separate processes but occur simultaneously. During the session: -accumulated stress stored in the body is identified and gently released -emotional and mental tension is reduced -connection with feelings and bodily sensations is restored The connection between body and mind is essential: physical tension is often linked to stress and suppressed emotions, and addressing these can improve overall well-being. The effects of the treatment are individual, but many people report feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and more balanced even after the first session.

Who is osteopathy suitable for?

Osteopathy is suitable for many different age groups and ailments. It can help people with:

  • Back and Neck Pain: Osteopathy can provide relief for back and neck pain conditions such as sciatica, neck stiffness, and chronic back problems.

  • Muscle and Joint Issues: If you suffer from arthritis, tendon injuries, or other muscle and joint problems, osteopathy may be a good option.

  • Stress: Osteopathy can help relieve physical symptoms caused by stress and tension, such as headaches and muscle tension.

  • Sports Injuries: Athletes can benefit from osteopathic treatment because it helps with recovery from injuries and maintenance of optimal performance.

  • Pregnancy: Pregnant women can benefit from osteopathic treatment because it relieves discomfort during pregnancy and prepares the body for childbirth.

Osteopathy is based on the belief that the body strives to heal itself, and osteopathic treatments can support this process. Osteopathic physicians or therapists use gentle yet effective techniques with their hands to improve the structure and movement of the body.

WHY CHOOSE OSTEOPATHY?

Osteopathy offers a holistic approach to health support, focusing not only on symptom relief but also on identifying potential underlying causes. This method is based on restoring the body's functional balance and utilizing manual techniques tailored to individual needs. Osteopathy is considered a complementary treatment method and can support the body's natural recovery processes.

Osteopathy does not replace traditional medical treatments but can be used alongside them as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare approach. Its safety is ensured through the professional training of the practitioner and individualized treatment planning that takes into account the client’s health condition and possible contraindications.

If you are looking for a complementary approach to support your health and a treatment method that considers your body as a whole, osteopathy can be a valuable choice.
